Enterprise Goes The Extra Mile

For two years now I have been sold on Enterprise when renting cars. They are a company that seems to really go the extra mile. Most of the time, when I rent a car, Enterprise not only drops it off at my house, but also picks it back up at my house. On days when I have the time to return it myself, they are more than happy to give me a ride back. The people who work there seem to like what they do, and it shows. They are generally in a good mood, which always puts me in a good mood considering the level of stress I’m used to dealing with in my average day.

One thing that I especially like is the discount rates. For 29.99 a day, with unlimited mileage, it’s a great deal. The Enterprise office near my house even has some very upscale vehicles like the BMW convertible, which I rented for my father when he came to visit. When I travel for business or pleasure, I always try to rent from Enterprise. Over time they have shown me that they value their steady customers to the point that, If you are having difficulty at a branch office, you can call the customer service number and the corporate operators will usually be able straiten out the issue. I’m sure they don’t want people to know this, but they are also a bit more accommodating if you are a little late with a vehicle return. I must add, that I am a good customer, so maybe they just like me and do their best not to jam me up. Either way, I’m glad they work with me, unlike many other modern businesses that are so automated, you feel like you are always dealing a computer when all you need is some good old fashioned customer service.
